A "new" environmental economic journal
Review of Environmental Economics and Policy has only published three issues so far but I enjoyed every of them--wish they were out when I wrote my dissertation! The best bit is the policy part, which you don't normally get from other journals. Also precious is VK Smith's reflections on the literature! He is the benefit transfer guru, so I read heaps of his paper as a PhD student.
