Carnivores like us

Meat consumption was a blessing and it became a curse, Paul Robert reported. One might argue we are genetically coded to eat meat as much/soon as we can, similar to what a bear does before he hibernates I suppose. Unfortunately now this carnivore instinct hurts not only personal health but also ecosystem health. It is a matter of individual choice to give up eating meat, for whatever reasons. But a policy question is what can fuel the shift? Not animal fat for sure this time.
